WeFlow Pressure Cleaning offers professional pressure cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The services include but are not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, paver cleaning, footpath cleaning, deck cleaning, window cleaning, and fence cleaning. The specific scope of services will be outlined in our service agreements with clients.

2. Service Agreement and Quotes

  • Service Quotes: Any quote provided by WeFlow Pressure Cleaning is based on the information supplied by the customer and remains valid for a period of 30 days unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for extra work or circumstances not disclosed during the quoting process (e.g., additional surface areas, special conditions, etc.).

  • Acceptance of Terms: By accepting a quote and proceeding with booking a service, you agree to the scope of work, pricing, and any additional terms specified within the quote.

  • Booking Confirmation: Once you confirm a booking with us, a service agreement is formed. WeFlow Pressure Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, equipment malfunction, or personnel unavailability.

3. Customer Obligations

  • Access to Property: The customer must ensure that we have access to the property at the agreed-upon time for the performance of the cleaning services. This includes making sure that all gates, doors, and areas requiring cleaning are unlocked and accessible.

  • Preparation of the Area: Customers are responsible for clearing the area of any obstructions, including outdoor furniture, vehicles, and fragile items. WeFlow Pressure Cleaning is not responsible for damages to property caused by failure to remove these items.

  • Utilities: The customer must provide access to necessary utilities, including water and electricity, as required for the service.

4. Liability and Damages

  • Performance of Services: WeFlow Pressure Cleaning will take reasonable care to avoid damaging surfaces while performing pressure cleaning services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, such as deteriorating or fragile surfaces, or any damage resulting from such conditions.

  • Property Protection: While we make every effort to protect your property, WeFlow Pressure Cleaning cannot be held responsible for incidental damages caused by environmental factors (e.g., water seepage, loose materials) or structural weaknesses.

  • Liability Limits: In no event shall WeFlow Pressure Cleaning or its employees be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • WeFlow Cancellations: WeFlow Pressure Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or equipment failure. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: WeFlow Pressure Cleaning accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. All payments must be made within the terms agreed upon in the service agreement.

  • Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in the agreement. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work.

  • Late Payments: Failure to make payments by the agreed-upon due date may result in additional fees or penalties. WeFlow Pressure Cleaning reserves the right to suspend further services until payment is received in full.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Service Quality: WeFlow Pressure Cleaning aims to deliver high-quality pressure cleaning services. While we strive to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or contaminants, particularly in cases where surfaces are severely weathered, stained, or damaged.

  • No Warranty: WeFlow Pressure Cleaning makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of services. Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
